DWD ICON model
The German model. Its seamless blend nests a 2 km model inside a 7 km model inside the global one, which makes it superb over Europe. Also known as German model, ICON-EU, ICON-D2.

Short-range detail over Europe, thunderstorms (ICON-D2), terrain-driven precipitation.
Where to be careful

How to read the ICON forecast on MeteoStack
On every city page, ICON is one row of the stack: each cell is one hour, coloured by rain, temperature, wind or cloud. Compare its row against the consensus line at the top. If ICON is far from the others, treat its outlier signal with caution, or as an early warning if it is a model that is strong in that situation (see above).
